Stephen serves as the Treasurer of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Waterbury.

His wife and daughter. As a teacher, his wife deals with the angst of high school kids on a daily basis while trying to teach them Chemistry, Biology or Forensics, something he would not have the patience to do;  while his daughter has shown him what you can accomplish if you set your mind to it.  He witnessed her earn her Bushi Ban karate black belt in a grueling two-day physical and mental test that has since inspired him to start his own journey to black belt status.

His first job was working the tobacco farms of northern Connecticut.  Stephen looks fondly on that rigorous job as it taught him a lot about effort, dedication and leadership at an early age.

He's a big tea guy - hot or cold!
