Support When You Need It Most

When your identity is stolen, it can be hard to know where to turn and how to start the recovery process. But you don’t have to manage it alone. 

Our IDSafeChoice Select program provides you with access to fully-managed identity recovery services. These services are provided for you and your family members, including:  

  • Your spouse or domestic partner,
  • You dependents up to the age of 25, who have the same permanent address, even if they’re in college or the military, and
  • Your parents, living with you or in elder care (assisted living, nursing home, or hospice).

How It Works

When you enroll in our IDSafeChoice Select program, a small fee of $2.95 per month is debited from your account—that’s less than $40 a year for complete peace-of-mind!

If you or a family member suspects that your identity has been stolen or compromised, simply call our Member Care Team at 1-800-761-2400, and a personal Recovery Advocate will begin working on your behalf to restore your identity.

Your personal Recovery Advocate will work with you to analyze your unique situation and can perform research to determine the extent of the problem, help you set-up fraud alerts with the three major credit bureaus, help you complete an Identity Theft Affidavit and Declaration of Fraud, activate credit monitoring, and more. You’ll also receive 12 months of support after your identity is recovered to ensure no additional fraud occurs. Click here for complete Terms and Conditions. 

This program does not provide credit counseling or repair to credit which legitimately belongs to an enrolled individual or covered family member. Services are only available to residents of the United States. Benefits have no cash equivalent and are non-transferable. Financial losses of any kind arising from identity theft are not covered.
