Another crappy piece of software! Note: I know the CU licenses these apps from providers who prefer to remain hidden. The last crappy company was called "Jack Henry & Assoc". I've been begging them to fire JH&A for years. So I move to FL and they finally do. But now I'm far away and the Mobile Deposit doesn't work! Each time I try to enter the check amount the number field pops up "$0.00" and proceeds to put the numbers I type to he right of that e.g. "$0.001206" which is invalid and turns the field RED. The problem is that even when I edit the field to read "12.06" or "$12.06" it remains RED and I cannot proceed with the transaction. I want someone in authority to tell me that it's more important for a silly field to turn red and fail then for the entire form to return an error *if* the submit button is pressed and the dollar figure is somehow not a proper amount. Some code monkey decided to be cute and cool rather than effective. And for that reason this app geta 1 and only one star. I do hope they fix the bug quickly.

Not happy that MSCU did not bother to notify customers that they were changing the app and we were being forced to download a new one. Also very unhappy that our ability to make external transfers seems to have been taken away. "If it ain't broke, break it!"

The old app also displayed my available balance, subtracting the pending charges from the account balance to show me how much is actually available. Not seeing that anymore.
