IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING AN ACCOUNT

 To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all

financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

 WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU

 When you apply for membership or open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, social

security number, and a valid ID that will allow us to identify you.

In addition, we will obtain a credit report from a consumer reporting agency prior to opening the following:

Regular Share (savings) account, checking account, all loans and lines of credit, and all credit card products.
