How To Apply For WebLine

1. Review the Application and Disclosure/Agreement. Submit it over the computer.

2. A password will be mailed to your address on record along with a user guide. 

3. Once you have received the password and related materials, you are ready to use WebLine!

4. Once you are a WebLine user, you may register for MemberPay within the WebLine service. You must have a MSCU checking account to be eligible for MemberPay.

Note: If your household has more than one primary owner of an MSCU savings account, each primary owner must complete an application in order to access their account(s) through the WebLine service.
