Member Service Representative - Wilton, Part-time (23-25 hrs)
We are seeking a highly organized, productive, enthusiastic team player to provide exceptional, high-quality service and offer solutions to address our members’ financial needs. The ideal candidate is a team-player with a can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills; has a track record of providing outstanding customer service while meeting sales and operational goals; has excellent oral and written communication skills, is detail-oriented, accurate with numbers, and computer literate. H.S. diploma/equivalent plus minimum one year banking experience required; bilingual (Spanish) a plus. Hours are Mon.-Fri. 10am-3:30pm or 11am-4pm
Loan Officer - Wilton, Full-time (40 hrs)
We currently have an opening for an experienced professional to provide service excellence while assisting members in the completion of loan /mortgage applications and answering inquiries concerning all loan services. This position is responsible to approve loans in accordance with established loan policies, set up loan disbursement with all necessary paperwork and delivery instructions, accurately and thoroughly explain the terms, conditions, and collateral held on notes and disclosures, as well as balance related general ledger and compile monthly reports. The ideal candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic, articulate and personable, will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus. A high school diploma, or equivalent is required, plus some additional post-secondary technical course work, minimum of three years credit union or financial institution experience with a minimum of two years experience granting credit; thorough knowledge of lending principles and procedures, loan services, and credit union philosophy.
Financial Analyst/Planning Manager- Wilton, Full-time (40 hrs)
Participate in establishing and implementing major goals and objectives, prepare financial reports and present findings and recommendations to top management. This position will be responsible for financial/cost reporting, analysis and investments. Duties include overseeing budgeting, general ledgers and ensuring accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated expertise in the areas of asset liability management, cash management, reconciliation, audits and tax reporting. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or a related field is required and a minimum of 3 years related work experience. Computer proficiency in MSOffice and financial software is necessary.
